Curious about what really makes one wine different from another? Join us for a guided introduction to wine tasting that reveals how vineyard site influences flavor, aroma, and structure.

In this experience, you’ll taste eight wines presented as four side-by-side flights. Each flight features the same grape variety from the same vintage, sourced from different vineyards. This format allows you to explore one of the most fascinating ideas in wine: how place (terroir) shapes the character of a wine.

Along the way, we’ll walk you through the basics of how to taste wine—what to look for, what to smell, and how to identify key flavors and textures. You’ll gain the confidence to better understand what’s in your glass and discover what styles you enjoy most.

Each wine will be paired with light food designed to highlight how food and wine interact, discussing how the right pairing can elevate both the dish and the wine.

Whether you’re new to wine or simply want to deepen your appreciation, this experience offers a relaxed and informative way to explore the world of wine.
