Accessing Your Account
If this is the first time you are accessing your account since the transition to our new website, is possible you will need to reset your password. If you are unable to initially log in, select Forgot My Password and follow the prompts. Security requirements are higher with our new website, so you may need to create a more elaborate password than you previously had. Once you have created your new password and logged in, you will be able to view your account information.
These is where you can see all the new release wines that you have access to prior to the general public.The amount of wine available to you is based upon your purchase history: the more you purchase, the more you get access to you. Wines that are not initially available to you for purchase may be places on a “wishlist”. We do our best to fill all requested items at the close of the allocation window.
This is where you can view your club membership status and all of your default settings. You can adjust your preferred fulfillment method (Pick Up, Local Delivery or Ground Shipping), specify the credit card you want used for your club shipments as well as dedicate an alternate person to pick up your wines. This is also where you will see the details of any active club releases, including the Billing and Shipping dates. By clicking into your Upcoming Shipment you can see wines that are part of your default club release. If these wines are acceptable to you, no further action is needed. If you would like to, we do offer the option to customize your release. You can choose your release contents from the wines listed in your shipment as long as you keep to the minimum number of bottles required by your club level (2-Explorer, 3-Fan, 6-Enthusiast, 12-Collector). The system will only allow you to customize from the new release wines listed. If you want to add wines that are not part of the current release, you will have to place a separate order via our online store. Any additional purchases placed will be bundled and packed for shipping/pick up together.

This is your previous order history. Initially, it took some time to have all of the orders moved over to the new system, but it is now complete and you should be able to view your complete order history as well as the status of any orders awaiting pick up or shipping.
This lists your current address as well as addresses you have shipped to in the past. Please check the address listed as Default and make sure it is you up to date shipping address.
Here are your credit cards on file. Please review these at each release period to make sure they are up to date.
