Our 2019 Estate Olive Oil is from dry farmed, Certified Organic Tuscan olive varietals that naturally thrive in the rocky, arid soils around our Estate Vineyard. The tiny olives were hand-picked and then cold pressed on a stone mill at a historic olive processing facility. Rodnick.farm is located on the western slopes of the Gabilan Mountains at 1600-1900 ft. This area experiences a high desert climate along with influences from Monterey Bay. 105 cases produced.

We believe the granitic and limestone soils combined with the cooling influence of Monterey Bay make the Gabilan Mountains the ideal place in California to grow Rhone varietals. Our 2016 Gabilan Mountains GSM is a classic blend of 45% Grenache, 30% Syrah, and 25% Mourvedre. 495 cases produced.
