Wirz Vineyard is located on the northeastern side of the Gabilan Mountains in the Cienega Valley. The old head-trained vines are dry-farmed with organic farming practices. We source Riesling from vines dating back to 1962, and Carignan planted sometime before 1927 from this historic vineyard.
