Frenchie’s Ranch Syrah Vertical Tasting
By Invitation Only to Collector Level Club Members
Home of Winemaker Bradley Brown
Saturday, June 16th, 2-5pm
Enjoy the first ever retrospective tasting of Frenchie’s Ranch Syrah.
This small and exclusive event is a gesture of appreciation for the loyalty our Collector Level club members, whose support of Big Basin allows us to create wines that reflect the depth and beauty of this place. Frenchie’s Ranch Syrah pays homage to Justin Lacau, the last person to farm grapes and live on this land, and so this event will be held in Bradley’s home at the top of the estate vineyard – a location from which you can see the entirety of our Syrah vineyards framed by the beauty of the Santa Cruz Mountains.
We will taste every vintage of Frenchie’s released to date 2007-2013, including two vintages of Rattlesnake Rock Syrah for a full seven year vertical from our estate vineyard.
Given the limited quantities of wines that we hold back for library tastings and releases, we don’t know when we will offer this retrospective tasting again.
